Standard UK Delivery
Our standard delivery is usually despatched within 2-5 days At a cost of £3.95, via Royal Mail 2nd Class (‘Signed For’)
Item purchases exceeding £90 will be charged at £6.95, and will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class ( Signed for ) , or an equivalent method dependant in size/ weight of the order .
All parcel sent via Royal mail signed for require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at home to receive the package, it may be left with a neighbour (in line with Royal mail terms of service)
We deliver to a range of countries outside of the UK. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail, but handled by your local postal service within the country of destination. Delivery times vary and are estimated on the Royal Mail website (http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-checklist). Any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We deliver to the following countries in Europe, at a rate of £12.95 per order (upto 2kg):
- Czech Republic
- Isle of Man
- San Marino
- Vatican City
We deliver to the following countries outside of Europe, at a rate of £19.95 per order (upto 2kg):
- New Zealand
For all deliveries, if your order exceeds the mail limits we will contact you if any additional payment is required. Generally two pairs of shoes can be sent before the 2kg Limit is reached (depending on size and weight of shoes)
We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days of the date of despatch. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 days. Failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 35 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deem lost in transit by Royal Mail or the relevant delivery company.
Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you to find the right product!
You may return unused items up to 28 days from receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value.
All returns should be sent in original condition and with the undamaged manufacturers box, protected within a postal box (failure to protect the manufacturers box may impact our ability to offer a refund).

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning Products. Babymonsters will not offer a refund on returned Products, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that Products are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
Return information regarding BUY 1 ITEM GET ANOTHER 1 FREE
- If all items are returned, a refund will be offered for the amount paid for products.
* If partial return results in the order not meeting the BUY 1 GET 1 ANOTHER ITEM FREE Offer requirements, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly:
If the returned item is the cheaper item, ie the one received for free, no refund will be given.
- If the returned item, is the more expensive item , then a refund will be given, on the difference between the more expensive product and the cheaper product, so that the final price paid will reflect the price of the cheaper item. For eg, 1. If you purchase 2 items of £60 and £40. Order total is £60 with shipping after the offer is applied. If the customer wishes to return only 1 item worth £60. Then the refund amount should be £60-£40, which is £20.
- If you opt for an exchange, this offer will be honoured. If there is a price difference, that will be charged accordingly. Exchanged items may be subject to additional shipping costs.
